New Policy of Alaska Flight Change Policy
It's as simple as contacting Alaska Airlines by phone or online to change your flight. Every flight booking is often entered into Alaska Airlines' online flight management system, referred to as the "Manage My Booking" interface. The first step in changing your flight is to locate your printed ticket or confirmation email and write down your booking reference number.
What you need to take care of while Making Changes in your Alaska Airlines flight ticket
1.) For tickets purchased on or after March 3, 2020 for travel by April 30, 2022, the following applies:
Manage My Booking allows you to adjust your dates online.
Changes in date and destination must be requested. Within 7 days, Alaska Airlines will send you your travel voucher via email. The value of the travel voucher will be equal to the cost of your reservation. You have until April 30, 2023 to use your trip vouchers.
2.) If you rebook using your travel coupon, there will be no change fee.
Differences in fares must be paid.
3.) For travel by February 28, 2021, tickets must be purchased before March 3, 2020.
Manage My Booking allows you to adjust your dates online. Changes in date and destination must be requested. Within 7 days, BA will send you your travel voucher via email. The value of the travel voucher will be equal to the cost of your reservation. Your travel certificates are good until April 30, 2023.
4.) When using your travel voucher to rebook:
There will be no change fee.
Differences in fares must be compensated.
Terms and Conditions of Alaska Flight Change policy
Sun-Air tickets are exempt from the Alaska flight change policy.
Only Alaska Airlines tickets are subject to the flight change policy.
Before check-in ends, requests for date modifications and/or travel vouchers must be made.
You must pay the difference in charge if your new ticket is more expensive.
Travel coupons are non-refundable and can only be used to purchase Alaska Airlines flight tickets.
Travel vouchers can be used to pay for part of or the entire cost of a new ticket.
